By placing an order on this website, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms of Sale and the policies referred to herein, including the Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice.
Unclassd may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to an order is the version in force at the time the order is confirmed.
1. Purpose
These Terms define the rights and obligations of Unclassd and its customers in connection with the online sale of products offered through the Unclassd website.
They apply to sales made to consumers unless otherwise expressly stated or required by applicable law.
2. Products and Made-to-Order Model
Most products offered by Unclassd are manufactured on demand and prepared after an order has been placed. This production model allows products to be produced according to customer orders and helps reduce unnecessary inventory and overproduction.
Product descriptions, essential characteristics, specifications, sizes, colours, materials, and visuals are provided on the relevant product pages.
Minor variations in colour, positioning, texture, or material appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, manufacturing processes, or the natural characteristics of certain materials. Such variations do not constitute a defect where the product remains compliant with its description and specifications.
Certain products may be personalized according to the customer's specifications. Where applicable, the legal conditions relating to personalized products and the right of withdrawal are set out in the Return & Refund Policy.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€), unless another currency is expressly displayed during checkout.
Prices include all taxes applicable to the sale. Where the applicable French VAT exemption regime applies, VAT is not charged to the customer.
Shipping costs are separate unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges are displayed before the customer confirms the order.
Unclassd reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country may apply. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, such charges are the customer's responsibility.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
Before submitting an order, the customer has the opportunity to review the products selected, quantities, prices, shipping costs, delivery information, shipping address, and other information entered during checkout and to correct any errors.
By confirming an order and completing payment, the customer submits a binding order and agrees to these Terms of Sale.
The order is confirmed by email after successful payment and acceptance of the order by Unclassd.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout is accurate, including the shipping address, contact details, selected products, sizes, colours, quantities, and any personalization details.
Unclassd may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, inaccurate information, obvious pricing errors, or circumstances preventing fulfilment of the order.
Where payment has already been received and Unclassd cancels an order, the corresponding amount will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time the order is placed.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Unclassd does not store full payment card information.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally prepared within 3–7 business days before shipment.
Estimated delivery times vary according to the destination and are provided in the Shipping Policy and, where applicable, during checkout.
Delivery times may be affected by carrier operations, customs procedures, public holidays, or circumstances beyond Unclassd's reasonable control.
Tracking information will be provided where available for the selected shipping method.
Unclassd remains responsible for the proper delivery of goods in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
Further information regarding shipping zones, delivery costs, estimated delivery times, and free-shipping thresholds is available in the Shipping Policy.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the goods, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
Where the right of withdrawal applies, the customer may exercise it without giving any reason.
The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, where the applicable legal exception applies.
Where the right of withdrawal is exercised, the customer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after communicating the decision to withdraw, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly offered by Unclassd, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods following withdrawal, provided that the customer was informed of this obligation before placing the order.
Unclassd will reimburse the payments received from the customer, including standard delivery costs where required by applicable law, within the statutory period. The reimbursement may be deferred until the returned goods have been received or the customer has provided evidence of shipment, whichever occurs first, in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Further information, including the procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal, return conditions, return shipping costs, and applicable exceptions, is provided in the Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights applicable to the customer.
8. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If an order arrives defective, damaged, incorrectly produced, incorrectly personalized, or different from what was ordered, the customer should contact Unclassd as soon as reasonably possible at: contact@unclassd.com .
Customers should provide their order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs where applicable.
Unclassd may request reasonable evidence to assess the issue and determine the appropriate remedy.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Any request to contact Unclassd promptly is intended to facilitate the assessment and resolution of the issue and does not limit or exclude any statutory rights or legal guarantees.
9. Legal Guarantees
Unclassd is responsible for defects in the conformity of the goods with the contract and for hidden defects under the conditions provided by applicable law.
Consumers benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects, independently of any commercial return or refund policy offered by Unclassd.
Where the legal guarantee of conformity applies, consumers may be entitled, depending on the circumstances and applicable law, to repair or replacement of the goods and, where legally permitted or required, to a price reduction or refund.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies for two (2) years from delivery of the goods, subject to the conditions provided by applicable law.
Consumers may also rely on the legal guarantee against hidden defects under applicable French law. Such claims must be brought within two (2) years from discovery of the defect, subject to the conditions provided by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mandatory statutory rights.
10. Personal Data
Personal information collected during the ordering process is processed for order management, payment processing, delivery, customer support, legal compliance, and other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
Further information regarding the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data is available in the Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the website, including texts, visuals, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, product imagery, and brand elements, remains the property of Unclassd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, publication, or commercial use is prohibited unless expressly authorized by the rights holder.
12. Consumer Mediation
In the event of a dispute, customers are encouraged to contact Unclassd first in order to seek an amicable resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved following a prior written complaint to Unclassd, the consumer may, where applicable, refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator designated by Unclassd.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
