The mediation procedure is free of charge for the consumer. Before referring a dispute to the mediator, the consumer must first have submitted a written complaint to Unclassd.

The consumer may refer the matter to the mediator in accordance with the applicable legal conditions and the mediator's procedural rules.

The parties remain free to accept or refuse any proposed solution issued during the mediation process, subject to applicable law.

Consumers retain the right to seek judicial remedies available under applicable law.


11. Applicable Law
