  • Base towel manufacturing — produced in China through industrial textile facilities.
  • Weaving & fabric preparation — completed prior to printing, ensuring structural consistency and absorbent terry backing.
  • Printing process — executed on one side only, preserving the reverse terry surface for moisture absorption.
  • Material composition — cotton / polyester blend (US: 52% cotton / 48% polyester | EU: 50% cotton / 50% polyester).
  • Product safety — contains 0% dangerous substances in accordance with applicable safety standards.
  • Each towel is produced on demand after order placement. This model reduces excess inventory and limits unnecessary overproduction.
